SHOCKING DISCOVERY
Not wanting him to think I required a lot of baggage, I packed my large purse with necessities. I rinsed the tea cup, turned off the stove burner, and was leaving when the phone rang. The caller hung up before I answered.
At the restaurant, we dined and danced. When I thanked the waiter, he said, “It is our pleasure. You provided entertainment!”
I didn’t think our dancing was that good!
In our room, I discovered my lingerie was missing! When I had answered the phone, I put the bag on the stove and burned a hole in the bottom. My unmentionables now decorated the restaurant floor!
